'@1man_andhisdog' started off as one concerned citizen (and his dog) seeing  trillions of $$ and extensive intellectual effort shamelessly committed to the 'global warming' cause, that is essentially a hoax.

Over the last 20 years, the term 'global warming' has now been 'rebranded' with the term 'climate change' because temperature predictions that the planet was to heat up, made 20+ years ago by climate scientist  'models' has not materialised with corresponding increases in atmospheric CO2 levels.

 

The words 'climate change' are deliberately used by climate alarmists to confuse the general public on this subject.  You see, the climate on planet earth has always changed over some 4.5 billion years.  Predominantly due to changes in solar radiation from the sun.

Recently,  Australia's 'Chief Scientist' Alan Finkel handed down his report on the future security of the national electricity market, which recommends a 'clean energy target', and in summary was anti fossil fuels.

This was the 'straw that broke the camels back' for '@1man_and his dog', and has led to the birth of this website to better educate and inform the general public on this subject.  Australia has now gone off the wrong direction which will ultimately de-industrialise the country and significantly reduce our standard of living.

What are the most significant problems the world is facing today.   Possibly excessive and unsustainable population growth, food and water shortages, healthcare to the needy.  By declaring 'war on CO2' we have diverted funds and intellectual effort away from these problems.  In 10 years time, the planet will be possibly cooler from changes in solar radiation and what will then be said of 'global warming'?
